Have you thought about being a substitute?
Over the last two weeks, I have been a paraprofessional and an art teacher. These have been some of the most rewarding moments of the new school year. In art, I tried (not sure how successfully), to lead my Kindergarten students in creating pumpkins with scissors and glue.

Future of Collaboration Public Meetings
RSD6 Public Meeting – Vote - October 12, 2021
The Regional School District No. 6 (RSD6) Board of Education will hold a public meeting at WAMOGO on October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. to allow the public the opportunity to vote to establish the formation of a Temporary Study Committee for Regionalization with Litchfield Public Schools. The meeting takes place in the James M. Eisenhaure auditorium at WAMOGO and voting to follow in the gym.

The Town of Litchfield will hold a public meeting at the Litchfield Intermediate School on October 13, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.to allow the public the opportunity to vote to establish the formation of a Temporary Study Committee for Regionalization with Regional School District No. 6. The meeting takes place in the auditorium.

Request for Ideas
Engagement is a keyword this year as we journey to some more normalcy. I have been fortunate to attend some recent local school and community events and am asking for your input in activities and events that will help our students and community safely engage this year. Some concepts we are working on is the return of theater, music events, and indoor gatherings. Please email me your thoughts at cleone@rsd6.org.
