Dear School Community,
Last night the Regional School District No. 6 (RSD6) Board of Education voted to hold a public meeting at WAMOGO on October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. to allow the public the opportunity to vote to establish the formation of a Temporary Study Committee for Regionalization. It is expected the Town of Litchfield will set its public meeting for October 13, 2021.
After much legal review, it has been agreed upon that the Litchfield and RSD6 Temporary Study Committee will each have five members. Two of these members must be Board of Education members.

For Region 6 Members
Please send your name, contact information, and a one-page rationale to Chris Escobar at cescobar@rsd6.org by noon on Monday, October 4, 2021.
Should the formation of this committee pass the voting public on October 12th and 13th, respectively, the Temporary Study Committee will meet between October 18th through November 14th.
