- Memorial Day Holiday Weekend: LPS will be closed on Monday, May 29 in honor of Memorial Day.
- LMS Fun Afternoon: The LMS Link Crew will hold an afternoon of fun and games for LMS Students in grades 7 & 8 today, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Activities will be held both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. Free admission for students.
- Fantastic Festival Music Trip: to Six Flags, N.E. on Thursday, June 1st. A longstanding tradition at both schools, and culminating performance and celebratory field trip for the band and choir students.
- Nature’s Classroom: Field trip on Friday, June 2 for 7th graders. Students will depart from school at 7:30 a.m. and return to school at 4:30 p.m.
- Class of 2025 and 2026 will sponsor a dance for the freshman and sophomore classes from Wamogo and Litchfield High School on Friday, June 2 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Wamogo High School. For more information email Leah Smith, LHS Class Advisor; smithl@lpsct.org

Students who do not have an exam scheduled (ex. Study hall, senior exemption) do not have to come to school for that period. Students who are in school when they do not have a scheduled exam must report to the library. Students may not leave campus and return to school during the exam periods, or just to board the bus. Students may not reschedule exams for reasons other than illness or prior permission from administration. Students must coordinate directly with their teacher to schedule the time and place for make-up exams. In the event that school is delayed for any reason, we will utilize our Weather Related Delay Schedules.
- Moving-Up Ceremony: for 8th grade students and families, will be held on Wednesday, June 14 at 5:00 p.m. This is an outdoor ceremony, but in case of inclement weather it will be moved indoors.
- 8th Grade Field Trip: to Holiday Hill Resort in Prospect, CT on Thursday, June 15th. Students will depart from school at 8:00 a.m. and return to school at 4:45 p.m.
- 2023 Graduation: The Class of 2023 graduation will be held on Friday, June 16 at Plumb Hill Fields at 6:30 p.m.
Reserved seating for families of seniors. Rain date is scheduled for Saturday, June 17 at 6:30 p.m.
