Scoliosis screenings scheduled
In compliance with section 10-214 of the Connecticut Education Regulations, scoliosis screenings will be done at Litchfield Middle School and Litchfield Intermediate School during the month of April. These screenings will be conducted by the School Nurse for girls in grades 5 and 7 and boys in grade 8. If the student has been screened this school year by their own physician, and a report has been given to the school, they will be exempt from the screening. Any concerns should be addressed to the school nurse.
