Hello, Parents/Guardians of a Grade 6 Student,
A friendly reminder: A complete physical exam with updated immunizations is required for all 6th-grade students. I must have the completed "blue" physical form on file prior to your child's last day of 6th grade. The blue State of Connecticut Health Assessment Form must be fully completed by your child's healthcare provider with all required 6th-grade immunization dates noted and attached. If your child has immunization exemption(s), I must have an updated form from your child’s healthcare provider. The front of the blue form is to be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please return the completed blue form and immunization record to me as soon as possible and before the last day of this school year. Now is not too early to make an appointment with your child’s healthcare provider.
Lost and Found
The lost and found is overflowing with a variety of items. If your student is missing items please encourage them to take a few minutes to look through the lost and found.

All students Pre-K through 6th grade invited. (Must be accompanied by an adult.)

This fun filled evening will feature a kid friendly menu and musical entertainment as well as group dance instruction by Red Supreme Productions.

This year, we will not be bringing food to share but rather enjoying a kid friendly menu to ensure that we are adhering to health codes. The cost is $10 per person. (If you would like to come but the cost is prohibitive, please contact your school principal and the fee will be discretely waved.) We will follow school guidelines for masks and other relevant protocols.
