LIS Food Drive Was a Success!

The LIS FOOD DRIVE was a huge success!

6th grade collected 222 items

4th grade collected 357 items

5th grade collected the most items with 591

The grand total was 1,170 items for our local food bank.

Thank you for all of the donations that will help people in our community.

The McCormick Mile:

The McCormick Mile is in remembrance of our beloved former nurse, JoAnne McCormick, who passed away the following year from pancreatic cancer.

Students and staff will once again be able to gather together on the Plumb Hill Track to walk/jog/run a mile! We are so grateful to be able to come together to celebrate friendship and good health!

We would like to encourage the whole school, staff, and students, to wear purple for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness.

Have You Ever Thought About Substitute Teaching?
