Dear Center School Families,
Thank you to all the Grade 1 families who attended our Snuggle Up and Read event yesterday. The students were very excited to have you here and the enjoyment of reading was very evident.
Our Kindergarten Ready, Set Grow program for students will take place on February 8 from 5-5:45 at Center School. This is an opportunity for students to meet the teachers and participate in an activity with their future classmates. Please RSVP here if you and your child will attend. If you know a family interested in Kindergarten for the fall, please share this with them.

In physical education we have had a wonderful year of learning.
We have explored cooperative activities, movement concepts, skills with throwing and catching, hockey, basketball, balance and dynamic weight transfers, and moving to music. We look forward to our second half of the year where we’ll get to discover more about volleying, racket sports, continue to advance our adventure education, and other inclusive games.

As we begin our unit in jump rope we will discuss how to make our heart healthy and why the heart is so important for our bodies. There is also an opportunity to voluntarily participate in the Kids Heart Challenge. If your family would like to collect donations for the American Heart Association you can click the link below.

Food Services If you would like for your child to receive breakfast at school, please sign up using this form. The food service program needs to track the breakfasts provided, so you must order by 7:45am daily. You can also order for the full week ahead of time.
